Hello Hello Hello!
I hope you are all doing well and have managed to make it through another Manic Monday! Actually, I'm hoping you have had a beautiful beginning to your new week and that it went even better than expected.
I had the intention of writing a blog this week and checking in to let you all know what's been going on in my own life, but I did not expect for that shift to change by the podcast I listened to after I got over work.
Now, nothing else really matters in this moment because I feel as if I have a message to speak and give voice to those unspoken words we are all thinking and feeling and that someone needs to hear this message right here, right now. And you need to know that you are not alone.
So if you haven't heard of her before, I feel a need, a responsibility to share with you the name of a woman who has quickly become very near and dear to my own heart, and she doesn't even know my name.
Her name, is Gabby Bernstein. She is a bestselling author and international speaker who offers straight talk about many controversial topics, real-time coaching, and shares BIG LOVE with her devoted fans.
You can check her out here - https://gabbybernstein.com/meet-gabby/
Gabby coaches listeners through life-changing transformations, plus free-flowing conversations about personal growth and spirituality with unique and inspiring guests on her weekly podcast - Dear Gabby.
It was on the discovery of the first podcast I pulled up, I heard her words encouraging me to pursue my dreams and trust that the Universe was guiding me to what was of the highest good. She planted tiny, little seeds of hope in my mind as I listened. As I continued to follow her, those seeds were watered, and I realized I had been in a drought for way too long! I needed more... and more... and more...
But unexpectedly, from somewhere way out in left field, those seeds began to blossom into an idea. A thought. A dream.
Before I allowed fear and doubt to replace the excitement I was feeling, I felt led to sit at my computer and write out the thoughts that I couldn't keep from flowing if I tried. I wrote and cried and wrote and cried until I found myself staring back at the 10 pages of my heart poured out on paper - the 10 pages that would become the very first episode of my new podcast - The Daily Escape.
Say what? How did this even happen?!!!!!!! As I mentioned on the podcast, I would never have seen this coming a year ago, a month ago, hell - even two weeks ago!
But here it is - a gift from the Universe I didn't know I even needed. And I'm not going to waste a minute of this precious treasure if I can help it!
So I finished up the first episode and meditated on what I should speak about on the 2nd podcast I'll be creating this week. Throughout the day today, thoughts began to form and sentences began to string themselves together after work until I had about 75% of the podcast thought out and planned. Wow! I love it when creative inspiration hits like lightning and gives you everything you need!
But here's the problem. I sensed there was a deeper message hidden between the lines that was just waiting to be uncovered. Unwrapped like a present if you will.
My hubby had to work overtime again tonight, so as I was making dinner and had the kitchen to myself, which rarely ever happens, I pulled up an episode of 'Dear Gabby' and hit play. I picked it at random and did not see the topic ahead of time. I just let it play as I cooked.
Before long, I was engrossed in the stories and my eyes filled with tears as my mind was flooded with memories of my own past. My own traumas. My own pain as I related to the callers who poured out their fears and pain and left themselves vulnerable and exposed. They had no way of knowing that in exposing their own pain, they helped heal ours as we listened.
One of the things Gabby said as she hung up with the last caller is that someday, one beautiful day we begin to heal, we will look back on our past and say "I'm grateful for the experiences that caused me the most harm because they reveal to me the greatness of who I really am."
Wow...
I realized as I was listening and as I'm writing now and letting my feelings flow onto the page, that I am meant to do more than just listen to the whisperings of the universe and let the words flow.
I'm meant to DO more than just share those messages with all of you.
I'm meant to listen, yes, but my greatest gift will be in learning to feel those words myself.
To use my past traumas, my future inspirations and healing, but most especially, all of the moments that were the "in betweens" as I healed.
To unpack all of the experiences that caused me the most harm because they will reveal to me the greatness of who I reall am.
Let that sit with you for a moment, will you?
Are you ready to join me on this journey? Are you ready to do the work it takes to untether ourselves from the past so that the Universe can reveal to us the greatness of who we really are?
If you are, I hope that you will join me each week for my podcast - The Daily Escape with your host, yours truly, Sadie K. Frazier where I offer Hope and Healing to Create Your Best Life.
I created it because I believe that Every Great Story Deserves to Be Told.
The Hard Truths. The Weakest Moments.
The Brokenness, Manifested into Healing.
Every. Single. Word is Worth Speaking into Existence.
You never know who needs those very words to survive their own tragic nightmare and slay the demons they face.
Be the light. Be the Truth. Be the Voice that saves them from themselves.
If you'll allow me to, I'd like to be that voice. That light. That truth.
It's Worth Working Your Way Through the Pain - I promise! And I'll be beside you every step of the way!
Join me for this week's podcast where we discuss Ways to Declutter your Mind, Body, Home, and Soul to Allow Your Spirit To Be Set Free!
It's a great place to start in working towards creating your best life. I hope you will take just a moment to reflect on this post. Listen with your heart, and then be still.
Learn to read between the lines as the Universe guides you and share with you the message you are meant to receive starting right here, right now.
I hope you all have a wonderful week. I'll see you all very soon!
All my love,
~ Sadie
